Agreement

By using Voltik, you agree to these terms. Voltik is provided by ByteWorthy LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”). If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

The Service

Voltik provides AI-powered receptionist, scheduling, reputation management, and business tools for service contractors. We handle hosting, maintenance, security updates, and backups.

Accounts

• You must provide accurate business and contact information
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of your business
• One account per business unless otherwise agreed

Pricing and Payment

• All prices are listed in USD and billed monthly via Stripe
• No contracts. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard or by contacting us
• A one-time setup deposit is required for custom builds and is applied toward your first month
• Prices may change with 30 days' notice to active subscribers

Refund Policy

• 30-day money-back guarantee on your first month of service
• Setup deposits are refundable if we fail to deliver within the agreed timeline
• Pro-rated refunds are not provided for mid-cycle cancellations after the first 30 days

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Voltik for illegal purposes or to violate any laws
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code
• Use the service to send spam or unsolicited communications
• Share your account credentials or allow unauthorized access
• Interfere with the service's infrastructure or other users' access

Your Data

• You own your data. We don't claim ownership
• You can export your data at any time by contacting us
• Upon account deletion, your data is permanently removed within 30 days

AI-Generated Content

Voltik uses AI to answer calls, generate text messages, and create business communications on your behalf. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing content sent to your customers and configuring the AI to match your business needs.

Service Availability

We target 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance. Emergency maintenance may occur without notice.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ByteWorthy LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Voltik. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding any claim.

Termination

Either party can terminate at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your access ends immediately and your data is deleted within 30 days unless you request an export.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Collin County, Texas.
